Partners: Nonprofits Water.org and Global Citizen joined forces with British multinational Reckitt in a collaboration to advance global access to water, sanitation, and hygiene.

Project: During UN Week 2019, these partners produced “The Transformative Power of Toilets,” a high-profile event at Tavern on the Green spotlighting sanitation as a critical issue for health, gender equity, and safety. Speakers included former Australian Prime Minister Kevin Rudd and then–Governor of Lagos State Babajide Sanwo-Olu.

BSL Role: BSL moderated and produced the full two-plus-hour “Transformative Power of Toilets” event, including panels, Q&A sessions, multimedia elements, and audience engagement.
