Partner: Founded in 1962, the Global NGO Executive Committee (GNEC) represents more than 1,600 NGOs engaged with the UN system, helping to better give civil society a place at the UN table.

Project: As UN engagement has become increasingly focused on Member States and the private sector, GNEC sought to reaffirm the role of coordinated civil society, ensuring citizens always had a seat at the UN table.

BSL Role: As a member of GNEC’s Advisory Board, BSL led a messaging overhaul, launched the On the Ground podcast, supported fundraising and UN engagement, and produced GNEC’s annual global webinar.
