Partner: Blue Planet Alliance (BPA) is a nonprofit that supports islands, states, and countries in achieving 100% renewable energy by 2045.

Project: BPA helped catalyze Hawaii’s landmark 100% renewable energy law — now a global model — and launched the Blue Planet Alliance Fellowship Program, supporting island nations pursuing similar transitions. To date, 16 island countries have signed Blue Planet Alliance Climate Agreements, pledging to transition to 100% renewable energy. 

BSL Role: BSL served as a long-time strategic advisor for BPA, helping produce the Blue Planet Alliance Fellowship Program, supporting the program’s design, storytelling, partnership development, and international coalition-building.
